Captain and Weekly Fees

Is the captain responsible for paying the weekly fees of the team?  NO.  Is the captain responsible for making sure the weekly fees are paid?  YES.  The captain should collect the weekly fee each week before play to make sure they have the fees to be submitted to NAPA of Central Missouri.  If the team player does not have the money the team captain may elect to pay for that player that night and have the player pay them back, or not play them until they have the money.  If the captain chooses to play the player that does not pay then the captain will be held responsible for the fee.  It is ALWAYS best to collect the money before they play.  The captain should also submit the weekly fee WEEKLY and let the league operator know if someone did not pay.
