Online Team Registration for all formats

If you are unable to come to the awards to register your team for the next season, this form can help you. Just fill out the form and then click "submit it". I will receive the information and register your team. You will need the following information:

• Format (8 Ball, 9 Ball, Lagger's Choice)
• City you are shooting league (Jefferson City or Columbia)
• Home location name, address and phone
• Team Name
• Team Captain Name, phone email, and handicap.
• Team members name, phone, email, and handicap. If you have previous league experience put in the league and the handicap. If you do not have league experience give me your best guess. If you don't feel comfortable doing that then they will start as a 50 for a male and 40 for a female.

I need email addresses so you can receive the weekly stats and forms.

Deadline for submitting team registrations for Columbia NAPA Leagues is: FEB 5TH!!

The next league begins:

• Columbia Monday 8 ball begins Feb 11th
• Columbia Tuesday 8 ball begins Feb 12th
• Columbia Lagger's Choice or 9 ball begins Feb 13th
